An in-depth survey of a property is carried out upon instruction to gain maximum efficiencies from any planned maintenance schedule. Based on these up-to-the-minute findings, a ‘Preventative Maintenance Service Plan’ is generated. This is tailored to the individual property and will also detail the proposed annual/bi-annual schedule of works.

Typically, this plan will include tasks such as unit redecoration, gas safety certification, fire safety equipment maintenance, electrical maintenance, roofing surveys, boiler service, and so on. The company provides an itemised quote against all works.

The company’s operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, with the aim of responding to any emergency within four hours, within the London area. All maintenance staff are fully insured, and have experience coping effectively with demanding or emergency situations.

Fixed first time

The company’s intention is always to fix any problem in the first visit. Should works require additional specialist qualifications, contact will be made with our contracting side to provide appropriately qualified plumbing, heating and electrical engineers where necessary.

Out-of-hours works are undertaken on a ‘make safe’ basis. Full repairs are then implemented during regular working hours for obvious cost efficiencies.
