Maintenance Case Study
An overseas private investor owns this portfolio of 37 properties in Central and West London. It consists predominantly of residential apartments, which are under tenant occupation.
Separately managed, the Viewranks maintenance service provides a preventative maintenance schedule for each property, plus a Fault Report & Fix service. Services are accessed directly by the tenants and – depending on the level of urgency – if the fault is within pre-agreed spending limits, the repair will be actioned within 48 hours. Monthly reports are also provided to the Landlord, which include an itemised breakdown of all works undertaken.
