Acquired in 2016, this ex-care home was purchased in a competitive situation after two rounds of best bids. Viewranks managed to exchange on the property 24 hours after agreeing terms and completed the purchase five days thereafter.

The 22,000 sq. ft. property – which had previously been squatted – was originally designed as a care home, and became disused. It required new purpose. Following positive pre-application meetings and a detailed design process, a submission for a 37,000 sq. ft. refurbishment to provide 39 residential units was submitted. Once built it will be let and held within the investment portfolio.
